Welcome to The D.C. Interdisciplinary Student Health Alliance!
The D.C. Interdisciplinary Student Health Alliance (DCISHA) is a collaborative effort between the GW medicine, law, public policy, and public health schools that offers educational events, networking sessions, and community engagement opportunities to students with a shared passion for serving our DC community experiencing housing instability and homelessness.
DCISHA was founded in 2023 by Dr. Addie Boone, Ali Dewald SMHS ‘26, and Anna Buchanan SMHS ‘26. We also have a passionate and lively executive team, who you can learn more about on our Leadership Page. Together, we plan to host various events and initiatives that align with our pillars and champion our vision and mission.
